Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Handbook and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
- Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
- Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment are safe to use.
- Ensure the entire gym facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Adhere to uniform standards at all times.
- Deliver outstanding member service consistently.
- Participate in colleague training videos to support the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties, projects, or meetings as required.
- Be an ambassador of JD Gyms at all times.
