We are seeking an enthusiastic Christmas seasonal Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a temporary position within the JD Group, which values career development and motivation for progression.
Responsibilities
- Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
- Continuously maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in‑store promotions, and evolving store processes.
- Driving sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded by utilising in‑store devices and offering the full product range, including alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
- Replenishing stock levels to maintain full‑size range on the shop floor.
- Ensuring product is priced correctly.
- Deputising for other staff, working across departments, or carrying out other duties as required.
- Representing JD Sports in a professional manner and conducting work safely and responsibly.
