JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Property & Estates professional to support the delivery of the JD Outdoors property strategy across around 200 stores, including leaseholds, freeholds, and flexible tenancies. You will report to the Director of Property and collaborate with the JD Group Estates Team to optimise store locations and occupancy costs.

Your day-to-day will include negotiating rent reviews, renewals and dilapidations, managing store closures, and preparing board reports.
