Role Overview
You will be part of our market‑leading in‑house Paid Media team, driving performance across all major paid media platforms (Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Your focus will be to ensure paid accounts meet best‑in‑class standards through daily checks, reporting and optimisation, while contributing to the strategic vision of the accounts you manage.
Key Duties
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of all paid media elements, including campaign planning and best‑in‑class activation.
- Complete performance reports to a high standard, offering context and insight.
- Oversee daily delivery monitoring and ensure regular optimisation of all campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages, etc.) based on agreed KPIs.
- Carry out daily budget checks to ensure spend phasing and performance align with strategy, reacting to current trends.
- Ensure all hygiene checks are carried out in accordance with team processes, delivering campaigns as planned with no errors.
- Collate data, examine and generate reports to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail by checking data accuracy at every stage.
- Plan workloads effectively throughout the day and week.
- Attend all relevant paid media training sessions and contribute fully.
- Learn and become proficient with all relevant tools & technology, maintaining accreditation by passing all exams.
- Develop relationships with key partners (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to nurture performance growth.
- Collaborate with other digital and non‑digital channels to identify integration opportunities.
