Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cybersecurity projects across their full lifecycle.
- Demonstrate proven delivery of cybersecurity projects, including enterprise implementations of DLP, EDR, SIEM, and related security controls.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate internal teams, managed service providers, systems integrators, and third party vendors to achieve project outcomes.
- Ensure projects align with cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to minimise delivery impact.
- Support the integration of security capabilities into business as usual processes and operating models.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely status reporting, including milestones, risks, and financials, to senior stakeholders.

- Hands on delivery experience of cybersecurity projects, including DLP, EDR, and SIEM implementations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
- Experience using project management and tracking tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project).
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security architectures.
- Proven capability in managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or SANS (desirable).
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
