JD Group is a leading omni‑channel retailer of sports fashion, outdoors and gyms. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and execute our agentic commerce roadmap, ensuring a seamless on‑site and off‑site experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Roadmap Development – define and articulate the product vision, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, prioritise roadmap based on value and effort.
- Drive Innovation – leverage market knowledge to bring innovative solutions, work with Product Design & Research to deliver best‑in‑class omnichannel offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement – collaborate closely with product, technical and commercial teams to align features with business needs, customer expectations and group strategy.
- Execution & Delivery – prioritise and manage the product backlog, run sprints, refine user stories, ensure technical feasibility and on‑time delivery of high‑quality features.
- Performance Monitoring & Experimentation – use data analytics to assess and improve digital features, drive continuous improvement.
- Supplier Management – forge strong collaborations with digital suppliers, maintain robust commercial constructs and efficient spend.
- Agile Leadership – champion Agile practices, facilitate scrum meetings and ensure an iterative, efficient development process with clear reporting.
Requirements
- Proven Experience – at least 3 years as a Product Manager or similar in a digital/e‑commerce environment.
- Technical Proficiency – strong understanding of AI and ecommerce technologies, Agile methodologies, and experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Delivery Track Record – proven ability to develop and deliver complex product development goals.
- Leadership Skills – demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, driving collaboration, innovation and delivery.
- Customer‑Centric Approach – deep commitment to enhancing customer engagement through innovative digital experiences.
