Role Overview

Reporting to the Creative Project Lead, this role requires a flexible creative thinker to design, develop, and deliver ready-to-use content for retail and digital channels, ensuring consistency across the brand to achieve top-tier creative campaigns. Focused on developing HIP’s aesthetic within branded products and content, you will create a dynamic creative identity within the streetwear category.

Responsibilities

  • Design, create content, and execute artwork for digital, print, and in-store marketing.
  • Work with the Creative Manager to oversee the visual design direction of the HIP brand, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, collaborating with marketing teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Create graphical designs for promotional offers such as Sales and Mid-Season campaigns.
  • Collaborate on exclusive projects with product design and marketing teams for brand collaborations.
  • Develop campaign creative aligned with business direction and brand personas in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in planning and executing launch events, both in-store and external.
  • Manage daily creative content and artwork to meet project deadlines.
  • Track project progress and report regularly to the Lead.
  • Foster individual development and team collaboration.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in design and artwork roles.
  • Proficient in digital design, creating engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in marketing and retail sales (B2C or B2B).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in managing workload.
  • Knowledge of HTML, Adobe Flash, and After Effects is advantageous.
  • Experience with UX design is beneficial.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating layout skills in web design, typography, photography, and graphic design.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Deep understanding of streetwear fashion and sneaker culture.
