Role overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. JD Group offers significant career development opportunities for motivated individuals interested in progressing their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
- Drive and surpass sales targets using in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays align with brand guidelines.
- Support store operations, assist in other departments, and adhere to safety standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
