Senior Stylist β Size? Group
Role overview:
The Senior Stylist is skilled in styling at an advanced level for daily transactional shoots and major campaigns. They manage and support the development of stylists, conducting regular 1:1s, setting objectives, and completing annual appraisals. They monitor styling and Studio KPIβs to ensure targets are met, organize resources, and have excellent commercial awareness, workflow understanding, and the ability to review imagery quality.
This role involves driving efficiency, process improvement, and training opportunities, working collaboratively within the Senior Team to support and guide the styling team. Responsibilities include styling complex projects, maintaining high standards, managing team development, resource planning, monitoring KPIs, quality reviewing imagery, managing styling kits, conducting site reviews, updating styling guides, attending buyer meetings, supporting personal development, and fostering a positive studio culture.
The Senior Stylist also supports workflow improvements, builds stakeholder relationships, meets deadlines, adapts to changing environments, and promotes team resilience and positivity.
