As a Product Coordinator In-Store Digital, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and implementation of digital screens and in-store technology across all markets. You will be responsible for coordinating hardware requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring the seamless execution of digital installations in new and existing stores. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, suppliers, and store managers, to ensure high standards and efficient processes.

What You\'ll Be Doing:
As a Product Coordinator,you\'ll be doing the following:
- Conduct detailed feasibility assessments for new store designs and digital screen installations.
- Review and analyse floor plans for all stores across the JD estate to determine hardware requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external design teams to capture additional hardware requirements not shown on initial plans.
- Set up and manage project workflows using tools like Trello and maintain organized project folders.
- Schedule and manage project timelines, ensuring hardware orders and installations align with store opening dates.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, including the Digital Transformation Team and Multichannel Department, to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Technical and Project Experience: Experience in delivering within a fast-paced technology environment, with a background in project coordination or technology implementation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating clearly at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to identify challenges and bottlenecks in processes, suggest solutions, and promote continuous improvement
- Organizational Skills: Effective at managing multiple tasks and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of in-store technology, including hardware components, and experience with software tools like Microsoft Office, Trello, Jira, and Adobe.
