We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. The ideal candidate will have meticulous cleaning standards and be able to interact with members while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
- Maintain and adhere to the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
- Report all defects to ensure the safety of the building and equipment.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the gym facility.
- Adhere to uniform standards.
- Participate in colleague training videos to support the delivery of exceptional standards.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
- Passionate about exceeding expectations.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Effective communication skills and approachable demeanor with members and staff.
