An international renewable energy organisation is expanding its technical team and seeking a Senior Technical Asset Manager to oversee the operational phase of solar PV, wind and energy-storage projects. The role also supports earlier project stages and helps develop the Technical Asset Management function.
A long-established international investor in infrastructure and renewable energy, operating across multiple regions with a focus on delivering high-quality, future-proof assets. Its renewables and PPP division manages a global portfolio and centralises all assets under a dedicated headquarters.
Responsibilities- Lead operational HSE management.
- Monitor and improve asset performance, including KPIs, O&M planning and contract management.
- Analyse SCADA data and manage corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Manage technical and commercial compliance.
- Oversee PAC, FAC and end-of-warranty activities.
- Lead RCA investigations and warranty claims.
- Develop TAM processes and support knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with engineering, PMO, construction, development and financial teams.
- Provide technical input during due diligence, equipment selection and grid connection processes.
- 6+ years’ experience in technical asset management for grid-scale solar PV.
- Strong HSE background, including HV access.
- Expertise in SCADA analysis and O&M contract management.
- Experience in BESS operations (advantageous).
- Understanding of PAC/FAC and asset performance management.
- Experience in onshore wind asset management.
- Hybrid working model (1–2 days in office).
