Senior Business Analyst (Fixed-Term)

JDRoss are supporting a global business for their search for a senior ETRM business analyst. This is the chance join a global business who are growing substantially and have been established for over 20 years. You will be working within the regulatory and transformation programmes Responsibilities You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions. You’ll act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. In this role, you’ll not only lead critical initiatives but also mentor and guide Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts. Your core responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for process optimization, analysing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives. Qualifications Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge Can provide advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption to business/stakeholders of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards; Has planned and scoped, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives; Has in-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modelling techniques; Advises on the choice of techniques and approaches and influences customers accordingly.
