JDRoss are supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM business analyst. This is the chance to join a global business that is growing substantially and has been established for over 20 years. You will be working within the regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
- You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
- You’ll act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- In this role, you’ll not only lead critical initiatives but also mentor and guide Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
- Your core responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for process optimization, analysing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
- Can provide advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption to business/stakeholders of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.
- Has planned and scoped, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives.
- Has in-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modelling techniques.
- Advises on the choice of techniques and approaches and influences customers accordingly.
- Ideally, you will have managed teams or mentored junior members of staff.
- Understanding of the deal lifecycle.
