  • Developing project templates and schedules for bid work, ensuring high levels of liaison with the bid manager, resource owners and the supply chain to ensure bid work can be successfully executed.
  • Maintaining, updating, and monitoring of progress on project schedules, including production of internal and external reports.
  • Managing preparation and issue of schedule impact assessments/summaries as identified by the Project Manager.
  • Ensuring materials scheduling aligns with customer milestones.
  • Monitoring monthly ‘on time delivery’ and ‘inventory management’ metrics, identifying and communicating ‘risk’ relating to all schedules produced.

We are looking for a committed and professional individual with:

  • Background of close interaction or prior experience in the OEM space.
  • A proven track record in similar functions.
  • Demonstrable program management experience.
  • Strong experience across similar projects and timelines.
  • Electrical engineering knowledge or background is preferred.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage and resolve conflicting demands and priorities.

This role is a crucial part of the GGU, and will allow clear career progression into new projects across the framework.
