We’re looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who’s passionate about developing and growing a team. You’d be leading an established team of 7 recruiters whilst handling your own personal billings alongside.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of 7 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Energy market.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet client needs and drive team success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
- Oversee salary negotiations and manage the offer process for successful placements.
- Drive new business development, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
- Maintain your own billing responsibilities, setting the standard for performance.
About You:
- Proven experience in 360 Perm Recruitment.
- In depth knowledge of the UK & EU Energy markets.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment environment.
- Financially motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
