The Role
They are seeking a highly technical and passionate Technical Asset Manager to join their London-based team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the performance and value of their energy storage portfolio, ensuring assets are operating under optimal contractual and technical conditions. You’ll be joining a small, dynamic asset management team where your technical expertise will be critical. The two other asset managers in the team do not have technical backgrounds, making your engineering insight essential to the success of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day technical oversight of utility-scale BESS assets.
- Ensure assets are operating under correct contractual frameworks.
- Collaborate with outsourced O&M contractors and external starter system providers.
- Support portfolio optimisation and performance analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team.
