Overview: Powering the Renewable Energy Industry with the Right Talent across the full Product lifecycle. JDR are now supporting a global-scale transformer manufacturer grow across Europe, with the main priority being to start with the UK. My client is part of one of the largest manufacturers for energy infrastructure products in the world, with over 26,000 employees globally, and a clear track record of success across multiple projects in Europe with large TSOs. This role will be the first hire on the ground in England, and I am looking for someone who has extensive experience and knowledge in the transformer and HV sector of the market, but also someone who is willing to grow this company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion - create and implement clear development plans to expand and grow the business unit in the UK.
- Customer Management - right from identifying the lead, to managing the account to ensure consistent orders.
- Bidding and Contract Management.
- Project Execution Coordination - managing all stakeholders across the project pipeline, including internal and external parties.
- Payment and Data Management.
Crucial Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales with Transformers, Power Grid products, Power Supply Products, Power Electronics, HV products, or GIS.
- Clear network in the UK with strong connections to generate clear leads (TSOs ideally).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-motivation and organisation.
