We’re working with a leading independent energy and sustainability consultancy that supports companies across the public and private sectors to reduce energy consumption, lower carbon emissions, and improve operational efficiency.

With a strong reputation for delivering practical, data-driven solutions, they are continuing to grow their Energy Services team and are now looking for an Energy Consultant to play a key role in client delivery and advisory.

This is a client-facing position where you’ll lead on energy audits, carbon reporting, and sustainability strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading ESOS assessments across multiple sectors
  • Delivering SECR reporting and carbon emissions analysis (Scope 1, 2, 3)
  • Identifying energy efficiency opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
  • Supporting clients with net zero strategies and carbon reduction plans
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contributing to business development and mentoring junior consultants

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering ESOS audits and energy assessments
  • Strong knowledge of SECR, GHG Protocol, and sustainability
  • Ability to analyze energy data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent report writing and client-facing communication skills
  • A proactive, consultative approach with strong stakeholder management
  • ESOS Lead Assessor accreditation or working towards it is highly desirable
