Are you ready to kick-start your career in administration and document control? We\’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an entry level Trainee Office Administrator / Document Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience in a busy office setting.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will be:

  • Filing and maintaining records (physical and digital)
  • Maintaining office systems and procedures
  • Assisting with data entry and database management
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Supporting general office administration tasks such as printing and archiving
  • Learning how to use Document Control software and systems
  • Observing and following document control procedures and standards
