Join Macadams, a trusted name in vehicle breakdown and recovery for over 60 years. Macadams is a well-established family business with over five decades in the vehicle breakdown industry. We are currently seeking a Breakdown & Recovery Technician to join our team. In this role, you will attend various roadside breakdowns in a specialist van, diagnosing a wide range of faults and, where possible, getting the customer back on the road. When necessary, you will also be responsible for transporting vehicles using our specialist trailers to designated locations. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that works closely with local police authorities, major breakdown organisations, and their customers to ensure the safe recovery of broken-down and accident-damaged vehicles. Due to the nature of the work, the successful applicant must pass police authority vetting to complete certain aspects of the role.

- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (rotating)
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Shifts Available: Day Shift with on call duties
- On-Call Duties: Required due to workload and nature of the role
- Training: Full training provided

What We're Looking For

- Previous industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
