Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.
About the Role
As a Fertility Nurse at JD Healthcare, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients at every stage of their fertility treatment journey. Working as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team, you'll support patients through consultations, procedures and treatment cycles — always ensuring care is delivered safely, professionally and in line with the highest clinical and regulatory standards. This is a specialist nursing role with real breadth — from follicular tracking scans to post-sedation recovery — and one where your clinical skill and empathy will make a genuine difference. If you're a registered nurse or midwife with a passion for women's health and fertility, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Deliver individualised, evidence-based nursing care across all stages of the fertility treatment pathway, maintaining accurate records on the clinic's fertility management system.
- Assess, admit and safely discharge patients following sedation, and assist or scrub for egg collection procedures and post-procedure recovery.
- Intrauterine insemination (IUI) and endometrial scratching following completion of in-house training.
- Educate patients on treatment and medication schedules, demonstrating injectable medication techniques to support patient self-administration.
- Perform phlebotomy (at satellite and selected clinics), and maintain and audit resuscitation equipment stocks.
- Communicate with patients with clarity and compassion via telephone, email and video consultation throughout their treatment journey.
- Participate in regular service audits, consent auditing and pre-treatment screening reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
