What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and support the team—setting high standards and motivating performance.
  • Be a visible presence on the gym floor, engaging with members and building community.
  • Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Support membership sales, retention, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Take ownership of key business areas and KPIs, stepping up when the GM is off-site.
