We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team, maintaining meticulous cleaning standards while interacting with members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
- Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
- Report defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
- Maintain the whole gym facility to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure uniform standards are adhered to by yourself.
- Deliver outstanding member service.
- Participate in colleague training videos to assist in delivering exceptional standards across the group.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
- Hard‑working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
- Passion for exceeding expectations.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
