This might involve a practical assessment where they'll ask you to conduct a mini training session or walk them through a workout, so brush up on your cues and motivational techniques!

Know Your Fitness Tech

Be ready to discuss the fitness technology and tools you're familiar with, like apps for tracking workouts or nutrition.
