What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, coaches, and assistants.
  • Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor—engaging with members and driving retention.
  • Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a hands-on approach to member engagement.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.
