  • Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.
  • Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a hands-on approach to member engagement.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.

Competitive salary (£31,100 - £35,532 + opportunity to increase your earnings through a performance-related bonus of up to 5.5% of annual salary, paid quarterly).
