Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard and conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects and ensure the building and equipment are safe.
• Deliver outstanding member service and support colleague training videos.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.

Skills and Experience

• Hard‑working, strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passion for exceeding expectations and maintaining meticulous cleaning standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ability to multi‑task and work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills, approachable to members and staff.
