Overview
JD Gyms is a fast-growing gym chain investing over £1.5m to create high‑quality, stylish environments for our members. We are looking for a cleaning specialist who is meticulous, has strong interpersonal skills, and can maintain our brand standards while engaging with members.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
- Maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standard and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
- Report all defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe for use.
- Ensure the gym facility consistently meets the highest cleanliness standards.
- Maintain personal uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
- Deliver outstanding member service and support colleagues through training videos.
- Perform any other reasonable duties related to gym maintenance.
Skills and Experience
- Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
- Demonstrated passion for exceeding expectations.
- Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
- Effective communication skills and approachable to members and staff.
