Role overview: JD Gyms is an exciting, award winning budget gym chain that is expanding across the UK. We invest over £1.5m in fittings to create top quality, stylish environments for our members. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards who can balance interacting with our members while getting the job done.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all policies and procedures in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
- Maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
- Report defects to ensure the building and its equipment are safe to use.
- Ensure the whole gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness and uniform standards are followed.
- Provide outstanding member service.
- Participate in colleague training videos to assist in delivering exceptional standards across the group.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
- Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
- Passion for exceeding expectations.
- Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.
- Effective communication and approachable to members and staff.
