Role Overview: As a member of our team, your focus will be on maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for our members. You will balance interacting with members and performing cleaning duties to uphold our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including Health and Safety guidelines.
- Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standards.
- Conduct regular cleaning and safety checks (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Report any defects to ensure safety and proper functioning of the facility.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the gym.
- Follow uniform standards consistently.
- Participate in training videos to help deliver exceptional standards.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about exceeding expectations.
