Overview
Fitness Coach – JD GYMS role at JD Gyms. Employed Fitness Coach and Self-employed Personal Trainer. Part-time (12 hours per week) with 3 x 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Coach, with a monthly salary. JD Gyms offers management career progression programmes and supports your PT business with access to leads and a dedicated PT Business Support team.
Responsibilities
- Place member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor.
- Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in the club, in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
- Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
- Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
- Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
- Conduct club standards checks across the club, ensuring results are recorded accurately and in line with JD Gyms record keeping procedures.
- Provide ad hoc support to members as required or observed.
- Ensure that club cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level as set out by the Gym Management and Operations team.
- Maintain excellent brand standards at all times, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with health and safety action points.
- Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
- Operate safely and legally at all times while working for JD Gyms.
- Demonstrate energy awareness and waste management considerations.
- Analyse and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or proposed developments.
