Roles Available:

• Employed Fitness Coach
• Self-employed Personal Trainer

Employed Fitness Coach: You will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis (12 hours/week), completing three 4-hour shifts, with a monthly salary.

JD Gyms offers management career progression programmes to help develop your leadership skills and advance your career.

Separately, outside of your employed hours, you can run your own Personal Training business from the gym, paying rent monthly, with access to current members and new leads. Our dedicated PT Business Support team is here to help you grow your business.

Role Overview:

Your goal is to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class experience, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, member interaction, inductions, and group classes.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with members on the gym floor to enhance their experience
• Conduct welcoming tours for prospective members
• Lead engaging group exercise classes
• Provide informative member inductions
• Support prospective members with joining procedures
• Maintain club standards and cleanliness
• Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitor service delivery through feedback and performance metrics
• Operate in a safe, legal, and environmentally responsible manner
• Analyze data to support new initiatives and improvements
