You’ll be a visible leader on the gym floor, a trusted deputy to the General Manager, and a driving force behind the club’s success. Lead, coach, and support the team—setting high standards and motivating performance. Be a visible presence on the gym floor, engaging with members and building community.

Support membership sales, retention, and local marketing initiatives. Experience in a supervisory or management role. Ambition to grow into a future General Manager role.
