Position Overview

Employed Fitness Coach (part‑time, 12 hours/week in three 4‑hour shifts) & Self‑employed Personal Trainer operating from the JD Gyms club.

Role Overview

Engage members to deliver a world‑class gym experience, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, facility operation, and group exercise delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver welcoming and engaging tours to prospective members.
  • Teach and lead group exercise classes.
  • Conduct member inductions.
  • Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
  • Perform club standards checks and record results.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support to members as requested.
  • Maintain club cleanliness to the highest level.
  • Ensure brand, safety and health standards compliance.
  • Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
  • Operate safely and legally at all times.
  • Manage energy, environmental issues and waste management.
  • Analyse and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives and developments.
