Role Overview
As an employed Fitness Coach you will work part‑time (12 hours a week, three 4‑hour shifts) on a monthly salary.
In addition, you may operate a self‑employed personal training business from the gym, paying a monthly rent to access a large member base and PT support services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and gym floor quality.
- Engage consistently with members to provide a world‑class experience.
- Deliver welcoming and engaging tours for prospective members in line with brand standards.
- Teach and manage engaging group exercise classes.
- Conduct and record member inductions.
- Support prospective members with their JD Gyms membership process.
- Perform club standards checks, accurately recording results.
- Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
- Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
- Analyse and present key data to support new initiatives and development ideas.
