Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
- Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
- Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe.
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness across the gym facility.
- Ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
- Deliver outstanding member service.
- Participate in colleague training videos to support exceptional standards across the group.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
