Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they receive the best experience, and understanding the customer service measurement programme.
- Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing opportunities for add‑on sales.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by ensuring the shop floor is clean, well‑stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.
- Support overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
- Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise sales opportunities.

- Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
