Role overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is the place to be if you are motivated by progression and interested in developing your career.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
- Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by being knowledgeable about current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
- Driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Utilising in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.
- Providing alternatives and suggesting add-on sales at every opportunity.
- Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
- Ensuring product pricing is correct.
- Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or carrying out other duties as required.
- Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
