As a Floor Manager at JD Sports, you play a key role in driving strong shop-floor performance and delivering the JD service our customers expect. You lead by example - supporting your team, keeping standards high, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly every shift.

Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement, and maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing store environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
  • Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
  • Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
