As a Floor Manager at JD Sports, you play a key role in delivering the JD experience, supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and ensuring every customer walks away feeling valued. You’ll support daily operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and help develop a confident, motivated team. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
  • Drive commercial performance through effective shop‑floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
