The purpose of this role is to support the JD UK and EU Influencer & Talent Marketing team in executing strong Influencer & Talent Marketing campaigns across JDâs various internal and 3rd party brand initiatives. This is a predominantly administrative role so strong organisational skills and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Influencer & Talent Marketing team on day-to-day Influencer requirements with a focus on administrative tasks, including â but not limited to:
Owning the invoicing process
Sending stock to talent(s)
Using docs to manage tasks such as raising invoices, recording stock send out, etc.
Developing talent briefs
Drawing up talent contracts â with senior support
Supporting the wider team on smaller tier Influencer & Talent Marketing campaigns â where relevant and incl. but not limited to: Input for campaign proposals Monitoring campaign content Reporting on finalised campaigns Attending events/activations
Working closely with the wider Marketing teams to ensure all Influencer & Talent content is being utilised across the digital channel(s)
Act as a support for senior members within the team
Consistently on the lookout for new talent(s) and management contacts â building out roster lists for key social platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, with diversity and inclusivity at the forefront
Role objectives and KPIs
Key objective is to support the JD UK and EU Influencer & Talent Marketing management team and strategy by maintaining the foundation of the Influencer & Talent Marketing team processes (e.g. invoice trackers, workflow tracker, stock removal tracker etc.) to allow the Influencer & Talent Marketing team to action the strategy effectively.
