Assisting the Influencer & Talent Marketing team on day-to-day Influencer requirements with a focus on administrative tasks, including β but not limited to:
- Owning the invoicing process
- Sending stock to talent(s)
- Using docs to manage tasks such as raising invoices, recording stock send out, etc.
- Developing talent briefs
- Drawing up talent contracts β with senior support
- Supporting the wider team on smaller tier Influencer & Talent Marketing campaigns β where relevant and incl. but not limited to:
- Input for campaign proposals
- Monitoring campaign content
- Reporting on finalised campaigns
- Attending events/activations
- Working closely with the wider Marketing teams to ensure all Influencer & Talent content is being utilised across the digital channel(s)
- Act as a support for senior members within the team
- Consistently on the lookout for new talent(s) and management contacts β building out roster lists for key social platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, with diversity and inclusivity at the forefront
Role Objectives and KPIs
Key objective is to support the JD UK and EU Influencer & Talent Marketing management team and strategy by maintaining the foundation of the Influencer & Talent Marketing team processes (e.g. invoice trackers, workflow tracker, stock removal tracker etc.) to allow the Influencer & Talent Marketing team to action the strategy effectively.

Qualifications
- An understanding of the current Influencer & Talent industry/market and possessing a genuine interest in Influencer & Talent Marketing

- Displays a consistently positive attitude and understands the need for this in the workplace and how this affects development
- Keen to pursue a career within Influencer marketing
