As a Loyalty Campaign Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the success of campaigns run through JD's loyalty programme (JD STATUS). Your role involves increasing customer loyalty and value to the business by providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign impact. You will undertake customer analytics to identify target audiences and inform campaign strategies. Collaboration with the wider loyalty team and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with analytical tools and campaign segmentation using SQL within a loyalty context is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Measure the impact of loyalty campaigns and provide insights to improve performance and maximize results.
- Run campaign segmentation to produce targeted audiences for CRM communications.
- Perform customer analytics to inform loyalty strategies and forecast future performance.
- Create and maintain a repository of campaign insights and share learnings with stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and present findings at all levels.
- Automate and optimize existing campaign processes and support the integration of new martech solutions.
- Assist the wider loyalty team with analytical support.
