JD Gyms is an exciting, award-winning budget gym chain that is quickly expanding across the UK and taking the sector by storm. We invest over £1.5m in fitting out our gyms to create top quality, stylish environments for our members. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards who can balance interacting with our members whilst getting the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
- Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
- Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment are safe to use.
- Ensure the entire gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Maintain uniform standards at all times.
- Deliver outstanding member service.
- Participate in colleague training videos to assist in delivering exceptional standards across the group.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience:
- Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
- Passion for exceeding expectations.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.
- Effective communication skills and approachable to members and staff.
