We are looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager ready to step into a junior management role and advance within their management career. As the vital link between management and staff, you will have avid collaboration opportunities with senior managers, championing yours and your team's career development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving and maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
- Drive team sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment & team motivation.
- Lead and develop the shopfloor team to ensure high performance, engagement and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Ensure the shopfloor is consistently clean, organised, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Ensure that stock replenishment is completed regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Help manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance their performance and engagement.
Role objectives and KPIβs
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding the stores monthly sales target.
- Drive all additional KPIs including but not limited to Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
- Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure stock accuracy during store audits.
- Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training required.
- Ensure employee satisfaction stores or engagement survey results meet or exceed company benchmarks.
Skills and Experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail/customer facing environment.
- Passionate about retail & hold a good understanding of the latest trends and our competitors.
- Previous experience of coaching and developing individuals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail & ability to maintain high standards on the shop floor.
