Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating a high-performing, engaged team. Create a culture of exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations and foster loyalty. Develop store teams through internal programs to support future talent and career growth. Maintain a safe and compliant store environment for colleagues and customers. Meet or exceed financial targets, supporting overall store performance. Assist with retail management duties, including opening, closing, and cash management. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff. Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance. Help manage colleague schedules to ensure proper coverage and productivity. Contribute to achieving store KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rates, ATV, UPT, and Net Promoter Score. Ensure stock accuracy and complete mandatory training for new colleagues. Support employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives, aiming to meet or exceed benchmarks. Assist in managing operational costs within budget.
