Your primary focus will be to oversee and execute day-to-day activity for social campaigns for the 3rd Party Brand, ASICS, delivering best-in-class end-to-end social media campaigns. You will be the main point of contact for ASICS Social Campaigns, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align social strategies across key campaign moments in JD’s marketing calendar. You will drive engagement through community management for ASICS, take a data-led approach to improve platform performance and content planning, and act as the internal ambassador for the ASICS brand within JD’s organic social media team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between ASICS and JD social/internal teams, ensuring brand consistency and coordinating all campaign touchpoints.
- Design, manage, and maintain Run of Show documents for all tier-1 ASICS campaigns and energy moments, keeping them updated as a single source of truth.
- Brief the wider social team to time ASICS campaign content on Instagram and TikTok, coordinating teasers, launches and sustain moments.
- Manage all ASICS assets, ensuring approvals, scheduling and compliance with JD and ASICS style guidelines before they go live.
- Own the “always-on” social strategy and execution for ASICS, reviewing assets for suitability, managing assets in Planable, and ensuring consistent year-round presence.
- Collaborate with Multichannel, Marketing, buying/merchandising and I&T teams to produce integrated content that aligns with ASICS JD marketing strategy and supports product promotion.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions, meet community KPIs, and analyze sentiment to inform real-time strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate with the paid media team and agency Patterns to align organic and paid roll-outs, ensuring a unified content feed for consumers.
- Generate performance reports, campaign KPIs and commercial results, and share insights with the social media team and wider JD business.
- Support EU Social Teams and maintain cross-team collaboration throughout the calendar year to ensure ASICS campaigns execute across all JD social spaces.
Role Objectives & KPIs
- Take full responsibility for rolling out all ASICS 3rd Party Brand campaigns across JD organic social media.
- Ideate and deliver at least four ASICS campaigns per year, from concept to execution, with support from the Social Media Campaigns Manager.
- Ensure alignment of ASICS branding across JD channels, maintaining brand equity and visibility.
- Own community management from an ASICS perspective and report results to JD and ASICS stakeholders.
- Collaborate with paid teams to complement organic roll-outs and measure commercial impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in campaign project management, content creation and community management for social media.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and paid-media formats across social platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of speaking to multiple internal and external teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a small, fast-moving team, and adaptability to changing product launch schedules.
- Prior copywriting or social media community management experience preferred but not essential.
- Good grasp of product knowledge in footwear and apparel, especially from an ASICS perspective.
