Responsibilities:

  • Issuing packs/comments & Supplier communications throughout process
  • Setting up basic size charts, maintain and keep block library updated within the team
  • Interpreting fit meeting notes
  • Creating basic BOMs
  • Completing Test report approvals/ITS online, chasing suppliers and managing approvals
  • Understanding a test matrix, Train with PD on creation of a test matrix
  • Create Care Label Templates
  • Critical path monitoring
  • Support Packing List & Invoice Queries
  • Understanding sales analysis
  • Take on areas of responsibility for specific ranges under the guidance of PD & SPD as appropriate
  • Manage day to day incoming/outgoing samples where required in a timely manner ensuring correct documentation attached
  • Maintaining style details/info on relevant systems
  • Assist in the creation of tech packs and costings on the PLM system
  • Approve lab-dips and strike offs referring issues to the design and buying team
  • Take part in fit sessions and add fit comments to the PLM system
  • Sample measuring and comments
  • Maintaining the critical path on PLM system, chasing relevant info from suppliers and reporting issues
  • Assist with costing, negotiation and raising of orders on the PLM system
  • Work on 3D software to support the development process
