JD Outdoor is seeking an Associate Director to lead the South division across the UK, driving sales growth and delivering on strategic aims.
You will work with buying, merchandising, finance, marketing and retail functions as part of the Outdoor Leadership Team, with travel across the UK.
You will shape the vision, develop plans, coach regional managers, and ensure KPI targets are met while delivering excellent customer experience in multi-site stores.
