We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager with strong leadership & communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales & KPI targets whilst providing unparalleled service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in effectively running all store operations to ensure meeting or exceeding sales & KPI targets.
  • Setting clear sales goals, tracking performances whilst evolving processes to ensure continuous store growth.
  • Creating a positive team culture through recruiting, training & continuously developing your staff.
  • Building a motivated and high performing team, increasing chances of store success.
  • Analysing sales data and financial reports to make quick and well-informed decisions alongside the Store Manager, identifying and responding to areas of opportunity Operationally & Commercially.

Role objectives and KPI’s:

  • Support the store manager in ensuring the store achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving and maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
  • Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment & team motivation.
  • Monitor and drive all key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units and more.
  • Support the Store Manager in optimising financial performance of the store by effectively managing costs, including audit compliance and wage cost.
  • Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance their performance and engagement.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in implementing, tracking and refining store operational processes in order to achieve maximum efficiency & KPI results.
  • Passion & confidence in leading and supporting your team through their own career development.
  • An ability to interpret and react commercially to financial reports to support store sales growth.
